Motion to approve the Special Committee recommendation for t he Parish Public Works Department locations: a) approve the purchase of a new movable office buildings for both the Esler Field Road locatio n and the new Glenmora location not to exceed $50,000.00 each – specific building t ype selection subject to the concurrence of the Public Works Director a nd the Special Committee and b) entering into a fifty (50) year CEA and L ease Agreement with the Town of Glenmora for three (3) acres for a n ew Public Works Department office/station; and authorizing the President to sign all necessary documents and rescinding any motions in conflict with this motion. (Mr. Smith)
