To review and discuss proposed Resolution authorizing the execution of a PILOT Lease Agreement and Agreement to Issue Bonds Between the England Economic and Industrial Development District and Coca-Cola Bottling Company United-Gulf Coast, LLC, in furtherance of the construction and equipping of a distribution and warehouse facility and improvement and equipping of an existing building in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, as described herein; and otherwise providing with respect thereto.
  4. To review and discuss proposed Resolution authorizing the execution of a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the Central Louisiana Economic Development Alliance and England Economic and Industrial Development District to provide for the professional marketing of the region and the implementation, structuring, documentation, and longterm administration of economic development programs and incentives, including Payment in Lieu of Taxes and Performance-Based Grants; to provide for other related economic development services as described herein; and otherwise providing with respect thereto.
